BYD’s monthly sales exceeded 10,000! Sales have climbed for four consecutive months.

A few days ago, BYD announced its November sales data. Among them, Han’s sales performance was outstanding, exceeding 10,000 vehicles, maintaining sales growth for four consecutive months. However, BYD’s cumulative sales in 11 months fell by 11.37% year-on-year.

Let’s be optimistic about the news first: Judging from the monthly sales performance in November, BYD’s new energy vehicles have achieved satisfactory results.

Data show that the sales volume of BYD’s new energy vehicles reached 26,690 in November, a year-on-year surge of 1.38 times. Affected by this, BYD’s overall sales in November reached 53,943 vehicles, up 30.63% year-on-year.

From the model, BYD Han sold 10,105 vehicles in November, achieving a four-month sales increase. Among them, Han EV sold 7,482 vehicles in November, an increase of 48% from October; Han DM sold 2,623 vehicles in November, up 5.3% from October.

Since its listing in July, BYD has sold 28,467 vehicles, including 19,766 EV and 8,701 DM.

However, judging from the annual sales performance, BYD’s overall sales performance is not satisfactory, with a cumulative sales volume of 370,650 vehicles, down 11.37% year-on-year; Among them, the sales volume of new energy vehicles was 160,848, a year-on-year decrease of 25.67%. On the contrary, fuel vehicles achieved positive growth, with 209,802 vehicles sold, up 3.96% year-on-year.

From the perspective of sales performance, we hope that BYD’s annual sales decline is affected by the epidemic at the beginning of the year and has not recovered.

Fortunately, with the release of production capacity, BYD Han’s sales volume continues to rise, and the monthly sales volume is close to half of BYD’s new energy. It can be seen that BYD Han has obviously been recognized by consumers in terms of product strength. As for whether BYD Han can "block" Tesla Model 3 next, let us wait and see.
